I’m Kasandra Wheeler, a passionate provider of medical aesthetics dedicated to helping you feel confident and beautiful in your own skin. Born and raised on a farm in Revillo, South Dakota, I carry the values of hard work, community, and care into every aspect of my practice.
My journey into medical aesthetics began with my own pursuit of wellness and skincare knowledge. Like many, I felt overwhelmed by the countless products and services available. I created Liv Med Spa to change that experience, making beauty and wellness accessible and empowering for everyone. My goal is to educate you on preventative care and offer treatments that enhance your natural beauty while supporting your health. From advanced training to a personalized approach, I’m here to make you feel understood and supported.
My family is my absolute everything. They motivate me to be a good friend, mother, and human. I want to set the example for my family that you don’t have to sacrifice your passions and dreams just because you are a mother. I truly believe you can do it all and have it all if you are willing to work for it.
Liv Med Spa is named after my daughter, Livia.
The Grinch is my jam. Always has been, always will be! Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Christmas!

I’m the biggest go-getter you’ll meet. When I’m not at work, I’m deep cleaning my house, I’m baking sourdough, I’m cooking lavish meals, I’m organizing, I’m being a mom! Oh, or I’m watching Bravo TV. I have a slight obsession with pop culture.

Nellie-Aussiedoodle. We bought her because our kids were terrified of dogs! Nellie needed a friend, so we adopted her half-sister Molly when she was 2 years old. They are two peas in a pod.
Rachel hails from the charming little town of Ethan, SD! She’s the daughter of Tim and Gina Hawkins and has a younger brother named Brady. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from USD, she made the exciting move to Rapid City, SD. She worked as a med-surg nurse for 2 years before she kicked off her aesthetic nursing career in 2022.
Over the past three years, she has developed into an advanced injector and created a diverse skillset to help patients achieve incredible, natural results. When she's not working, Rachel loves to hang out with family and friends, stay active, explore new places, and catch a good sports game. She also has a sweet mini golden doodle named Jack!
